Topic: Ninja Pig Studios (Meme Run): The Immature Developer

So by now every avid visitor of this site knows that 'Meme Run' exists whether we like it or not. The game itself already looks cancerous and everything sure, but the only thing that can make it worse is how a developer takes this type of feedback. Earlier today he saw my video based off of meme run: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ci8DkBYyJhw And like most developers who want to make money, he's gonna try all he can to convince people that his game is the real deal: http://i.imgur.com/MrpsWC0.png So at this point i wasn't just going to hate on the game for the simple fact that I don't like memes or montage parodies (which this game is completely focused around), I wanted to bring up some actual problems. 1. A game called 'Meme Run' already exists: http://i.imgur.com/zHOHIpl.png https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teju.memerun He refuses to change the name because this version was 'released after his' when the only thing released at the moment related to his version of 'Meme Run' is a short gameplay video that already got plenty of negative feedback in the first place. Once again he says no because he says this already released 'Meme Run' is 'not even remotely funny, it's just bad' (Which I 100% agree, but the fact that this is coming from someone who is developing an extremely similar game with more shaking and terrible jokes, this is just contradictory.) With that, I wanted to know why his version of 'Meme Run' would be better despite the same terrible jokes and copyrighted material. He refused to defend his OWN GAME that he expects to receive money out of and says 'find out the reasons by playing it yourself' http://i.imgur.com/Rt4Pu3j.png He's right when he says I won't buy it though, which I won't, but I would still like reasons on how a developer thinks putting a game with copyrighted material on a console is a good idea. 2. Of course the most obvious problem, what i just stated. Copyright Issues. I brought this up as a legitimate concern and uh... At this point I just said 'OK have fun when you possibly get into legal trouble' And he responds saying that my legal advice shouldn't be taken into consideration by him because I'm just a random guy from the internet. http://i.imgur.com/P6CaQo6.png Ninja Pig studios isn't a developer that yells and blocks whoever criticizes his work, but the fact that he could care less at the actual concerns that could get him into trouble more than makes up for it. He is pretty narcissistic and tries to act cool and pushes out someone whenever they're trying to help him, since his version of Meme Run will be on a platform where more people will notice the game, resulting in him getting a better chance at copyright trouble rather than the other Meme Run on the android store that fell under the radar (thankfully). This game will sell no matter what cause there are Wii U owners who legitimately like this type of humor, but i trust most people on here to not give a single cent to this tool. I don't have a problem with Bigley. In fact, I don't have a problem with most memes, but when you randomly throw a bunch of memes in a blender and randomly use them out of context it's just stupid.

As a company,I think Nintendo needs to listen to their fans like they have in the past.Just about everyone thinks the game is trash(except Ninja Pig Studios and his 3 fans)and that is why I think the game should be removed.If we show that we DON'T want games like this on the eShop,then Nintendo just might wise up and have some decent quality control.Meme Run is like the Foodfight of games.It's a new kind of bad that has never been accomplished before.

THis game, The letter, and a bunch of others need to be removed from the eshop. We all know why. I want to know what nintendo did to let this crap get on the eshop. Did they bribe nintendo or pay a large fee to get it on the eshop.

Customers are telling Nintendo and other developers what games they want. Don't buy the game and when the developer isn't making money then they will stop making those games. Nintendo shouldn't be in charge of what customers get to play (even though they are) What if a game you were interested in didn't pass Nintendo's "Quality Check?"

Could we PLEASE keep petitions for real issues, like social issues and stuff. Change.org already has its fair share of light and transient causes.
