I wouldn't at all be surprised if it's true. There has been a Paper Mario on just about every Nintendo platform since the N64, especially if you count the Mario & Luigi series as half Paper Mario. Hopefully they take it back to be more like the original Paper Mario, because that was significantly more fun than Super Paper Mario.

Mario & Luigi is made by an entirely different dev Paper Mario so, that doesn't make a huge amount of sense. Intelligent Systems release a Paper Mario periodically, about once a generation. This time they made something for 3DS (2012) so what's the turnaround time for console? Probably not terribly soon.
Are pretty much the 3 major series that have been ignored on Wii U to this point, so we're very likely to see some or all announced at this E3. Add Punch-Out! to the list, I suppose, although that series does skip a gen here and there. It could likely be what Next Level Games is working on. I actually hope it is. I just hope it is able to return the series back to the epicness that was lost with the Wii edition. Don't get me wrong, it was a blast, but it DID seem to be missing that special "something" that would keep me coming back to the games in the series. If these 4 games were announced, or atleast 2 to 3 of them, along with showing off Star Fox, I'd consider this e3 to be a monumental success.

Well, none of the Mario sports games are on Wii U, so that's a start. Those series have sold millions even on gamecube, so forgoing them entirely on Wii U would be a mistake. Unless, of course, you're developing them for the next console.
And, you know, Zelda. However many Wind Wakers and Hyrule Warriors' we have that doesn't mean there's a new game from the Zelda series, yet.

Paper Mario -> Thousand year Door: 4 years
Thousand year Door -> Super Paper Mario: 3 years
Super Paper Mario -> Sticker Star: 5 years
Sticker Star will be three years ago by the time we hit the end of this year
The thing going against the idea that they'll have another Paper Mario is that they're also working on Fire Emblem If and co-developing Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem. They also just came out with Code Name STEAM. But then again they released Awakening and Sticker Star in the same year, it was a similar deal with Super Paper Mario. The Wii U could do with a Paper Mario and they've had more than one project out at once before, I wouldn't rule it out.

Well it's actually printed out, that raises the legtimacy significantly.
Which is easy to fake but.... you must admit the design is pretty slick. If my Japanese wasn't so rusty I'd dive into what the text a bit. But the graphics and layout is pretty nice.

I won't believe anything after all the realistic looking "leaks" over the past few months. Though I hope it's true, of course. Just tell Miyamoto to keep his attention on StarFox and to not step a foot towards the writers of the game.
i for one would also like to see a mario and luigi rpg 5 on 3ds
The NX is going to be delayed to Holiday 2017 you heard it here first, also It should be pretty obvious what my favorite game of all time is cough Skyward Sword cough
