Just to point out, that list in the second photo is just a list of games they have already made, by system (the game under the Wii U label is Game & Wario).
Yep, I don't think people are reading that list correctly at all. There's only one Wii U title as RR529 indicates. The reference to Super Paper Mario is located under the section titled "Wii/WiiWare" and everything on this list was previously released. I see nothing there indicating any upcoming/unreleased titles.

They never said the pamphlet was proof of the game, the original story is someone went to a job expo where Intelligent Systems were recruiting and they were told by a rep/employee that they are working on a Wii U Paper Mario game with the pamphlet as proof of them being at the expo.

Well the original post said a staffer said they were working on a new paper Mario and they had paperwork as evidence; the screen shots of the paperwork do not indicate anything about new projects. I'd also be rather surprised if they were leaking information like that on paperwork for prospective employees.
Naturally it's always possible that the staffer said something to this person; I guess we'll find out at E3!

There's yet another new rumor for a Paper Mario for Wii U, this time coming from a Japanese forum named 2ch. Intelligent Systems attended a job expo in Japan. Some folks who went to the event claim that IS is making a new Paper Mario. Representatives of the company allegedly stated that this is happening.
They were handing out pamplets and paperwork that suggest that part of the rumor is true.
They pamphlets were never said to be proof of the game, merely proof Intelligent Systems were at the job expo.
I suppose you can read it that way, though I don't know why anyone would doubt Intelligent Systems was at an expo...
It's more to do with they were at the expo and people interacted with them. At no point is it claimed that the documents show new Paper Mario details nor would there be a point in saying it does since it was posted by a Japanese person for other Japanese people to read.
