That sounds good and is an improvement. The points should tell you who is good and shoudn't tell you who has a lot of time.

In my experience the VR rating formula hasn't really changed that much (if at all...) i still get up to 20+ points if i beat racers with high VR and lose 8 or 10 points if i end in last place with lower ranked players. The trick is to find a group where almost everyone is higher ranked and your VR will shoot up
