Liked Mario Kart better back when the game was focused on KART RACING. Now it's gotten out of control. The game started changing too much after Mario Kart DS. I like Mario Kart DS and all of the games before it much more than Mario Kart Wii and Mario Kart 7. They're just adding in too many new elements that are taking away from the essence of the game in my opinion.
Now that bikes are back, they BETTER be balanced with the karts! Mario Kart Wii was basically Mario Bike Wii
Mario Kart 7 is my least favorite Mario Kart, although the Kart customization idea was good. Double Dash is my favorite, and DS was pretty good too (besides the snaking)
I STILL play Mario Kart 64 on occasion and I love the simplicity of it. I'm sure Mario Kart 8 will be fun but it seems to be straying away from what the series is actually about.

You're expecting stuff that most likely won't happen. We've seen one trailer and the game doesn't come out 'til 2014. At least have a little bit of hope and instead of expecting what you want; just expect it to a great game.

This is one of my most anticipated games which I really didn't expect it to be. It looks very solid and polished and ofcourse just really fun.
It may be so because I haven't played a mario kart since double dash anymore. So I'm really eager to play it.
