Topic: Last-minute eShop party game recommendations?

One thing I've learned is that party games can far outlive other games on a system. For example, I commonly play Nintendo Land on the Wii U when I have friends over, and I even play the N64's Pokémon Stadium 1 and 2's minigames with friends on occasion.

Since I get a lot of mileage out of party games, what last-minute recommendations might you have for eShop party games? In addition to Nintendo Land, I've also purchased U Host. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Runbow is a fun party platformer. It's on other platforms too but the Wii U version has an exclusive mode and I think it lets you play with more people than the other versions do.

I've also heard Spin the Bottle: Bumpie's Party is good if you don't mind awkward physical interaction. I haven't bought it myself because I don't think anyone I know would want to play it (and I'm not even sure if I would) but it looks like it has clever uses of the GamePad and Wii Remotes.

Thanks for the info! I may give Runbow a try.

Thanks for the info! So it's on the Switch as well? If so, do you have any Wii U-exclusive recommendations?

Ohhh, that's a very good point. Sorry about that. I don't know the Wii U library otherwise. I'm rather surprised people haven't had more suggestions.

Sure thing. Yeah, I'm surprised myself that more recommendations haven't turned up from this. Guess I should've posted earlier. 😆

Ideas, anyone?
