Topic: Hyrule Warriors (& Legends) - OT

I'm actually quite enjoying this stream, the story seems interesting and gameplay wise, well I haven't played DW before so for me it's a breath of fresh air.

I watched the opening cutscene. Now I'm re-hyped! The Story might be better than I thought, even with the disappointment of the lack of certain characters. I hope they'll make lots of sequels!

Ok, guys, if you don't already know, I begin to avoid news about a game one month before release to prevent seeing spoilers. Technically, that'd be August 26, but with the Japanese release almost here and a lot of information already being posted here, I decided to jump ship early.

Just would like to say that none of you did anything wrong, I typically do this for every game I'm excited about. It's just the timing of the Japanese release that forced me to do this prematurely.

I'll come back when I've beat the game.

I watched the stream for about 20 seconds, until the streamer said his favorite new mega evolution was slowbro. Fastest way to loose my respect.

The gameplay is totally DW... If you enjoy it, on WiiU we got also Warrior Orochi 3 Hyper, which is very cool and fun

So, looks like its off to a good sales start on Amazon Japan at least.

Top four on the first day of sale, the three above being powerhouse 3DS titles (Smash bros, Monster Hunter 4 and Yokai Watch 2?).

For those of you worried that there are only 13 playable characters, I would like to let you know that there are more secret playables. I just say a video of someone playing as.....well, I won't say that here. I don't wanna be a spoil sport.

@Nintendo6400 Shh don't spoil it, but i know damn well someone out there is going to make some kind of dumb article,showing all the character and how to unlock them And then spoil it but maybe just maybe.With these piece of news the groose can be loose.

Don't worry, I won't spoil a thing. Although it does frustrate me that the US is getting this game a week before smash 3ds (also US). But what are you gonna do?

I'm not going to spoil a thing, cause i saw game explains stream of the game,but i spoiled the stages and sort of the bosses for me not the story though cause everything was in japanese.

first piece of info about this game that made my jaw drop. if i didn't have a preorder i would be making one now.

I am glad Nintendo still gives us the opportunity to be surprised by games, not showing the best parts in all the promotional footage

You know, I'm surprised that there wasn't a hyrule warriors demo related on eshop. But then again, nintendo almost never release demos of there own games. Releasing a demo would really ease the wait for HW for the west.

a demo would be a bad idea for this kind of game. just like 101 folks would play 15 min and be turned off. dynasty warrior titles take about hour to get into.
