If this was a generic Dynasty Warriors game no one would be hyping it....
i don't even understand why people are hyping this. NO info ration has been released on it. at all.
It's a zelda-dynststy warriors crossover?.......................the few times where Legend of Zelda goes into a more action-y route?.............More info'll be released at the coming months?..................
Was Mariobro4. No, I'm not taking off my backpack...it's important.

We saw what looked like GamePlay. I liked the Dynasty Warrior Gundam games, so I am excited about this. We know more about this than Halo 5 and that hasn't stopped people from getting hyped for Halo 5: Guardians.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Halo has a good name, much like Zelda. On Halo, it pretty much turned into a generic FPS and isn't the same as it was in the beginning. On Zelda, the game is being developed as a DW game by the DW dev team. I have yet to see how the game is the distinct zelda that I like, but the single gameplay trailer released only shows DW-like gameplay.

1st, I totally agree about Halo, Halo 4, killed it for me.
2nd, the problems with Hyrule Warriors sound more like personal preference issues and not general issues. I am hyped for the fact it is mixing a series I love (Zelda) with one I have enjoyed (Dynasty Warriors)

Well yeah, but that's to be expected.
All the licensed Warriors games (whether it be Gundam, One Piece, or Fist of the North Star) are pretty much nothing more than Warriors games with a different skin. I have no idea why people think this Zelda version would/should be any different.
I also don't think the comparison between this & Halo 5 is a good one. Yes, if this was the next mainline Zelda game, then yes, the comparison would be legit, but it's not, it's a spinoff.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
I've never played DW, but I've seen footage and it doesn't look fun. I think if I played it, I'd have more fun with the tinfoil wrapped around a baked potato. I'm waiting for the real WiiU Zelda game.

I totally understand, I like the Gundam DW games more than the normal DW games because I enjoy Gundam shows. I enjoy Zelda more than the Gundam shows so I am expecting to enjoy Hyrule Warriors more. Also I heard Eiji Anouma is working with the Dev Team so that will be cool

Dynasty Warrior is pretty fun to me... It's just REALLY time consuming. There's so much stuff you have to do and you're just running around EVERYWHERE.
Also, it's mission-based so you're stuck in that mission (which usually last from 20 - 40 minutes for me) until it's over. You can save mid-battle I believe...
Seeing Hyrule Warrior made me wonder exactly what's going to be going on to drive you through it's "campaign."
Are you fighting Ganon just swords blazing? Are Zelda, the Sages, and other companions from the series playable or will they be assisting you on the battlefield?
I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.
I used to own a GBC, PS2, and DS Lite

There is NO WAY Link is the only playable character. There's gonna be multiple characters playable. Gamexplain picked out a blue haired woman and Zelda on the battlefield during Hyrule Warriors trailer.
As shown in NintendoLife's article, here's a new image:
There's some noticeable improvements in the visuals from what we've seen previously.
those trees still look bad. besides that, the Dodongo still doesn't match the art style of everything. It's the only realistic looking thing in the image, everything else looks like a cartoon. Like you said though, looks a lot better.
Looking good, definitely get this when it releases.
Anyway, I was thinking about the 1 million sales projection. Maybe Nintendo could, at least in the west pack the game with a playable demo of Wii U's upcoming Zelda game. That could potentially boost the sales, at least at release.

WOW. That's a brilliant idea
quite. Including a demo would probably get some people to buy a WiiU too.
