Topic: Hyrule Warriors (& Legends) - OT

That means we should spam them for Groose and Tingle Update!!
Though I'm actually guessing they're working on that.

I was stupidly looking through the Japanese Miiverse Community for this game and I ended up seeing Cia's face....... All I can say is... WHOA.

..but seriously, why Agatha and not Groose or especially Tingle? If they were going for weird, theres your choices. Not to knock on Agatha though, I'm actually quite interested with her and can't wait to try her out.

Let the groose loose and let tingle mingle as DLC characters. And everyone will be hapoy.

Agitha looks awesome to play as, judging from the gamexplain gameplay video.

I have a love for insects so I am definitely intrigued by her. It was just so off the wall it took me by surprise. I'm actually kind of glad they chose her, despite my distaste for Twilight Princess. I think the only thing that really threw me off about her is that at the time of her announcement they had already announced so many Twilight Princess characters and it was somewhat disappointing I guess.

I'd always imagined groose going crazy with bombs, but that would seem redundant considering that every character can basically do that. Another idea I had for groose would be the slingshot. Well that's all my ideas for groose, I actually don't think he's going to make the game.

Well since you just convinced me to think of moves for Groose, I just imagined a whacky one.. I could see him ramming people with his hair horn and using it in other ways. I could also see him using a cannon of some sort maybe even as his ultimate move if there is such a thing. He's such a ridiculous, yet pompous character they'd have to not-so serious skill set for him, for the most part.

Groose could go crazy making areal combos summoning his loftwing ala Agitha+butterfly and using specialized bombs and stuff.

I think it was a real missed opportunity not adding him as the second skyward sword character, he could have been the humor relief character trying to get close to zelda/sheik.

I'm wondering of we will have to dl the patch day one or is there enough time to include the patch in the west.

The western versions should be going gold any day now so it's probably too late to include it.

That's what I was thinking. I think it would be too much work anyways. I thought when I bought my Wii U 9 months ago that 2 hour long patch would be included on my system, nope!

I don't think the patch will be included in the disc, but I think it will be downloadable right from the start.

True, but they also confirmed long term support for the game through dlc, which includes characters.

I think Japanese gamers on Miiverse have been begging for an online mode and its finally coming.

I hope for online battle mode. Where you and another person try to claim the others main base before they claim your's.

The fact that they responded so quickly and made certain villains playable before launch is amazing!
