that's the dangerous part. they must replace but they have nothing to do with account and data tranfer what means it might make Mk_II lose all the digital stuff he has on the WiiU

If you read my 1st post i described exactly what you should do. If you're not going to do that then just pay Nintendo to repair your console (Which fyi is much cheaper than 180 Euros), that way you keep all your data etc.
