It looks like there are some interesting ideas in there, but there is no way I would spend $40 for a collection of free mobile phone games.

"free movile phone games" seriously? I remember when these type of awesome, silly games were the type of stuff I'd enjoy at arcades. But now they suck because PHONES IOS ARGHHH HOW DARE THEY!1!1! I mean, I'll be the first to admit this doesn't interest me too much, but it's fine. Certainly much better than Wii Play or whatever and that combined with Wii Sports (first 6 months of the Wii btw) sold probably as many copies (or at least close) to every CoD ever combined. Somehow I'm not against Nintendo for thinking doing this is a good idea (though not giving it a release date already is...not).
But the point is the market has changed and consumers can now get these similar experiences free on devices they already own. Wii Sports (and Nintendo Land more recently) have been successful because they offer experiences unique to the system. As a Wii U owner I hope I'm wrong and this turns out to be a classic.
Sales in Japan though tell me this is a total waste of a first party studio.

Also, I have to admit I'm kind of disappointed the title has completely fell off the radar as far as being released outside Japan goes. Nintendo of America and Europe seem to have totally forgotten it actually exists. Maybe that'll be solved by a Nintendo Direct in the near future?

Each of those smaller pictures on both sides of the big Wario brings you to a page of each game. By clicking on the round black&blue thing in the bottom right corner you can see a video of that game.
There are 16 different games and you can see videos of all of them. Some of them look pretty "meh" but some of them look surprisingly interesting.
