Is anyone else hyped that this game will be hitting the Wii U eshop later this year?

No because I already bought it once.

Something like being able to quicksave (As a one off just to restart from that point) might make me more interested.

The levels are too long for me. (Maybe I should have used the other mode).

Might have been patched or something since I tried it (I bought it ages ago).

(I think I have already done at least 2/3's of it and I did like it but I won't play it again if I buy it again I don't think without a pretty good reason.)

Got it in a bundle on Steam. Fantastic game. It feels like Treasure made a classic Sonic game and mixed it with Ristar. I don't know how much more praise I can give it that with that statement.
Glad that whoever wants to experience it on Wii U will be able to!

This has pretty much been introduced to me as the game of 2014 that lived up more to the Sonic the Hedgehog series than Sonic Boom.

Backloggery. Now playing: 3D Dot Game Heroes, Donkey Kong, EarthBound Beginnings, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+.

It's one of the games I've made a topic about eshop must-have titles.. It's nice to see it coming to Wii U eshop. It will be my waiting list.
