Info on Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, and the new Super Smash Brothers
Scribblenauts Unmasked and Disney Magical World for Europe
Ducktales Remastered for Japan
Sega 3D Classics outside of Japan including a confirmation for 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2

eShop Montage including release date for Shantae and the Pirate's Curse
What I predict for a September Direct:
More info on 2015 games
Another eShop montage
Massive updates on the Virtual Console including many new systems like Turbografx-16, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis/MD, Gamecube, Arcade and more
A big update for the 3DS and Wii U that will give both consoles a universal account system combined with the unveiling with Nintendo's "Quality of Life" product
Everyone keeps asking for Unified Accounts but they are already... it is kinda confusing
Your 3DS and Wii U NNID are together now but it's still tied to your system unlike on PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
A) Which has nothing to do about accounts being "unified"
B) People have reported being able to recover their old accounts on new systems with Nintendo's help, so while their accounts aren't as easy to cheat you can still recover lost information/games
What i'm really asking for is when I buy games like Super Mario Bros. or Donkey Kong Jr. I will be able to play it on both my 3ds and Wii U. Instead of paying $5 for it on Wii U and $5 for it on 3ds.
Which is cross-platform purchasing, it has nothing to do with accounts being unified
A VC-focused Direct would be nice, especially since Capcom seems to be supporting the VCs more often lately. Unfortunately, that would require Nintendo actually giving a hoot about VC...

For cross-platform purchasing to work, the accounts would need to be unified, so that my 3ds can tell my Wii U that I just bought a certain game, or vice versa. Anyway, I don't care what it's called, I just want them to make it work.
My point is if you want something be sure to ask for the correct thing. Accounts are already unified and your account on 3DS can tell what you have purchased on Wii U already and vice-versa. If people keep asking for unified accounts what is Nintendo supposed to do when they already have unified accounts?
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

This exactly, except I expect QoL to be unveiled in another way. Like a Quality of Life direct or something.

It seems as if they've got this one guy who works on VC games, when they should have a massive team spitting out tons of VC games weekly.
Nintendo actually explained back in the Wii days that it was simply because the point of VC was to make a quick buck, and the only way it could remain profitable was if they put in as little effort as possible.
Nevermind the success Sega had with the Wii and 3DS VC games by putting in more effort. Nevermind the fact that Sony used to consistantly push out Classics on a regular basis at a fraction of the cost despite the games being bigger and more complicated. Nintendo just couldn't make any money off VC with more than the bare minimum of effort. No advertising, that's too costly (because people actually knowing about your products won't make up for the costs apparently). No licensed games, that's too costly (because you can't charge $6 for an NES game when Sony's charging $6 for their Disney PSOne games. Nope). No new features, that's too costly. If there's a glitch, it has to be permanently removed for the shop and gave out refunds, because a patch was somehow more costly.
VC was nothing more than a cash cow to them, and now the milk's dried up...

EDIT: Spelling mistake
They're probably not going to talk about ORAS in a Direct unless it's something major. And by "major", I mean major for the series as a whole, not just the game itself. The thing is that we've been getting regular information on new Pokemon games long before Nintendo Directs were even a thing, through monthly releases of the Japanese magazine CoroCoro, and with the worldwide release, that info is updated to the game's international websites fairly quickly. Why would they then need an additional Direct to broadcast news for the game? The only times they've done Pokemon Directs in the past (or at least the past year, I didn't really pay attention to ND's before 2013) was to announce the start of a new generation of Pokemon games and to announce a cloud storage app that allows you to transfer your Pokemon. That's some pretty huge news, and there's very little if anything on ORAS they could announce that would be of that scale. So I don't think we'll be getting an ORAS Direct, we'll probably just be getting news on it through CoroCoro, Pokemon.com, or other venues.
I predict that there's 2 Directs, one in either July or August and one that will talk about Bayonetta 2 and Hyrule Warriors as well as localisations (like Scribblenauts Unmasked and Disney Magical World for Europe and Ducktales Remastered for Japan as examples) and a September Direct that will talk about 2015's games as well as Virtual Console, Quality of Life, and a massive system update for 3DS and Wii U which will implement a universal account system along with QOL along with many more features.
I just wan't to use my NNID on another system , and a simple messenger system for 3DS. And ditch friend codes on 3DS.

to do so they'd probably have to update every single game and app that uses the friend list(this includes the third party games) so I doubt it's going to happen.

I would really like to see some GameCube games... namely Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
Any JRPG is welcome... a new Metroid game would be cool even if it was a 2.5D side scroll with HD graphics... A Mario RPG (Paper or no).

Its not that Nintendo doesn't care about VC its just they have higher priorities and vc while most likely profitable probably doesn't bring enough money to justify a full effort.

Sega was happy with the 3D Classics performance. That means that probably just Sonic made enough to pay M2. If they have one title per system like that then they could just do that anything else is a bonus. Look at the charts the constantly high selling ones almost certainly make enough money to do the job properly.

As far as retail games go, I don't think we're going to be seeing very many over the next year, we've got a ton in development and a few more being hinted at. They'll probably announce like, 5 or 6 full retail titles (and probably a bunch of other smaller stuff like SNES Remix) over the next year or so and then save some of the bigger games for next E3. IDK what to expect though, most of what's been hinted at is the bigger stuff that we probably won't see until E3 (Super Mario Galaxy 3, Metroid, Pokken Fighters), and I can't think of any franchises that could get a new game that either don't already have one or could be announced outside of E3 (Wii U is noticeably missing Animal Crossing, Paper Mario, and a main series Kirby game). This is about all I can predict:
Fall/Winter announcements:
Majora's Mask 3D
Mario sports game for Wii U
Spring announcements:
New main series Pokemon game (probably Z or XY2)
E3 announcements:
Super Mario Galaxy 3
Metroid U
Metroid 3D
Pokken Fighters
Animal Crossing U
Paper Mario U
The second 3DS Zelda game
