Topic: First post-E3 Nintendo direct

What do you hope to see? Personally I'd like a bit more info for Zelda U, the rumoured SNES remix and finally a release date in 2014 for N64 games on the VC.

DS games on Wii U, want to know what we're getting first already. >.>

We won't be getting that for a while.

Technically there's already been one if you count the Yokai Watch 2 Direct in Japan.

A ZeldaU focused one would make me amazinly happy. But I doubt that'll happen any time soon.

Logically, we should get a Nintendo Direct focused on a game or games coming this year. Having one for Hyrule Warriors or Super Smash Bros. 3DS (since they're coming pretty soon) seems fitting.

A direct that gave us final release dates for Bayonetta 2 and Smash Bros. for Wii U would be nice right now.

Personally, I'd love a Zelda direct. With lots of Hyrule Warriors info, a small amount on Zelda U (maybe a complete explanation about Link.), Ganondorf confirmation for Smash 4, and a Majora's Mask 3D announcement.

Release dates for bayonetta 1 and 2, captain toad, and SSB Wii u for sure. I say the direct will come out some days after HW releases in Japan on august 15th.

I hope they announce a new Pokemon Trading Card Game, with the Game Boy version coming to VC it could make a way for a new game.

Maybe more info on Star Fox? I doubt it will happen though I'd prefer some news on some ports.

I can see a Hyrule Warriors direct happening this month, if not then a SSB43D direct.

Yeah I doubt VC would be the focus. It would most likely be a mix of 3DS and Wii U games. (including eShop and VC)

Direct about they will localise Taiko no Tatsujin and Romance of the three kingdoms 12. Thanks to your damn region lock, you better make it happen Nintendo

I doubt they would focus on retail games anytime soon, we know enough about them after E3. Virtual Console Direct sounds like a good idea, as there's still tons of past games that need to make their way on 3DS and Wii U. I'd also like to hear more about amiibo, they should give us a better example of how it works in game than Smash Bros.

They are most certainly not announcing Super Mario Galaxy 3 outside of E3, that is too major a game for any other venue.

GASP SOMEONE ELSE FINALLY REMEMBERS FLIPNOTE 3D ;-; I was so disappointed in this not being MENTIONED in e3 it really did sting Didn't Poke bank and Flipnote get delayed for the same problem yet how long has it been since we've seen the poor thing ;-; it breaks my widdle heart into a million pieces

I predict that there's 2 Directs, one in either July or August and one that will talk about Bayonetta 2 and Hyrule Warriors as well as localisations (like Scribblenauts Unmasked and Disney Magical World for Europe and Ducktales Remastered for Japan as examples) and a September Direct that will talk about 2015's games as well as Virtual Console, Quality of Life, and a massive system update for 3DS and Wii U which will implement a universal account system along with QOL along with many more features.

Expected:

• Important VC game date launches, like Pokemon TCG GB
• Bayo2 release date + new trailer
• Smash U release date + newcomer since that last part is obvious now
• Fantasy Life release date + new trailer
• DS VC release date (US cant even get a free Brain game can we?)
• N64 VC release date + launch lineup

What I want to happen:

• Dragon Quest 7 3D + Rocket Slime 3 + Monsters 1+2 3D localized
• Splatoon
• Zelda U
• Yoshi's Woolly World
• Unified Accounts
• More ORAS trailers + an actual good look at Hoenn (yes I know about super secret bases)

What'll really happen:

• That new mario game from a couple months ago
• Smash Run
• Animal Crossing U
• Urban Champion 2 ()
