@Bolt_Strike: YouTube seems to light up the comments section like crazy. They could use it to announce a second season of SBCG4AP. That way we can have some silly Telltale again.

Can't wait for the NX announcement. I don't care if the NX turns out to be as powerful as an Xbox 360 it's a day one for me.I strangely got bored of the XOne and PS4 yet the Wii U still makes me feel all fuzzy inside.

I think the highlight will be the much anticipated Cranky Kong skin for Sm4sh.

So with Ninty making Zelda U the main focus (to the extent of it being the only playable game!?!) do people think they will be launching eshop games like Mother 3 or something akin to Nes Remix or Star Fox Guard to try and keep fans happy?

Don't freak out (yet). Nintendo will almost definitely have a press event dedicated to the NX and its games closer to release. It's kind of shocking that they're not even going to talk about their (entire) future, but, hey; they've bought themselves a bit of time with this delay.

What if Nintendo revives Spaceworld Expo later this year? Cause even though NX will not be shown at E3, it must be fully unveiled this year.

@NintyFan: There's some theories suggesting the return of Space World. That event unveiled GCN, GBA, N64, N64DD and 3DS.

@Yellowkoopa: Well I'm entering a busy period in my life so I'm not too fussed if they do another E3 2015 or whatever. People are getting really invested in this and I just find it nuts, laughing, crying, swearing all over videogames and a videogame companies' plans. I just don't know why people are like that personally. Nintendo can do what they like and whatever they think works or makes sense but if it interests me it interests me and if it doesn't interest me it doesn't interest me. That's how I view videogames as a whole and I certainly won't get emotionally involved at all. Because doing so is just ridiculous to me. Some people here really should do likewise IMO.

Except for Zelda, I'll allow myself to be excited for that, but not OTT emotionally so

Zelda's the only playable game at E3, but it think they still could could announce some smaller games for the 3DS and a new Paper Mario trailer.

But I can see people cancelling their trips to California, unless they really really like Zelda.

What is Nintendo doing? Only having Zelda at E3? And even then it will be next year when the next console is out. I for sure won't be getting the NX until a long time after release in case they do what they did with Wii U (release the same old boring games that everyone basically has on another console, example - New Super Mario Bros U). The Wii U could have used the Gamepad in so many better ways, but Nintendo wasn't imaginative enough to think of them

Calling it right now, Mario Ultra Golf, a bare bones effort like last years Mario Tennis. This will be the key holiday title.

I'm not a Zelda fan, but I am curious to see if Zelda U can win me over. I was hoping for some big NX game trailers though.

@NinjaWaddleDee: I don't think anything's ruling that out. Nintendo would probably show a big trailer for the game and then we would know the real name of the NX.
So the NX hardware is SURELY not coming to E3 (which is... bizzare)... but at least they can show a video of it's features at E3. It's being announced at E3, but the NX itself won't be present (again, very bizzare).
All speculation, though.

@Vee_Flames: Yeah sounds about right. To be honest though, I could care less about the console itself. It's all about the game lineup for me. If they have some good games coming out within the first year then I'll get one if the price is right.

Unless they're just showing everything in the digital event (which could be a surprise). Otherwise, I don't know how they'll support a digital event that lasts more than 5 minutes :/
