Topic: Rewind function not working on SNES classic edition

Is anyone else having trouble getting the rewind function to work for Super Mario RPG? Maybe I got a wonky unit although it looked fine and was in the box. I go to the suspend file screen and it says X to rewind and nothing happens when I press X. I watched videos and I don't think I'm doing anything wrong....

You guys unfortunately have bootleg systems rather than genuine.

I sent an email to Nintendo that the website I bought the snes classic edition from is selling bootlegs. There is a no refund policy after opening the box.
