Finally beat after all these years Batman on the NES. This was one of the games that would just kick my butt when I was a kid to the point where controllers almost ended up broken. Still though it's a great game and definitely one of the NES's top gems.

@Tasuki: Such a great game. I could always get to the Joker but he would destroy me. Recently watching the GDQ marathons I learned of the cheese move to beat him nearly every time. If only I knew it back then.
@bezerker99 Iron-Contra Scandal? Maybe it doesn't look good only calling it "Contra". Plus, if it was only released in Europe under Probotector, then people in North America would whine (which isn't anything new, honestly )
castlevania dawn of sorrow 100% castle completion, 100% souls collected and all hidden items collected
expect nothing but paramount performance, precision and perfection from ogo79.

Finished EarthBound. The battle system to me feels ancient and clunky. I loath the games inventory management and I'm at a point now where I'm just smashing A to get through battles. Finally the story is a mess. People use words like "charming" and "funny" to describe this game, it's just plain boring compared to Final Fantasy III (VI) and Chrono Trigger which both came out before EarthBound.
I am playing Secret of Mana currently, started this game several times in my life but never got too far. Always loved what I played of it, but this time I am going to finish it once and for all! I am about 3/4 way through. Afterwards I will work on completing Secret of Evermore, another classic I never got past the first 1/4 mark but always wanted to finish.
castlevania order of ecclesia 100% complete, all glyphys collected and all quests complete

Streets of Rage 2 (1992): The best in the series for me. Incredible soundtrack by Yuzo Koshiro.
This blue eye perceives all things conjoined. The past, the future, and the present. Everything flows and all is connected. This eye is not merely seen reality. It is touching the truth. Open the eye of truth... There is nothing to fear.
Did a quick play through of Double Dragon on the Genesis and beat it tonight, and yes that's right the Genesis. Most people know of the NES and Master system ports but the Genesis did have a port as well and its pretty much an exact port of the Arcade version.
