Okay, Dragon Boots can be bought at the relic shop in Tzen. Dragon Horns are harder but here's how it goes. You need behemoth suits (two can be dropped by defeating the Behemoth King in Shadow's Cave, after that he'll show up as a random encounter in the Velht, where you got Gau). You start by betting those items and betting the items you won until you get dragon horns. It goes in this order; Behemoth Suits--->Snow Mufflers-->Charm Bangles-->Dragon Horns.
Umaro or Gogo set only with the fight command are beasts in the arena. The item names might be different in the GBA version though. Give Gogo the Master Scroll (Offering) and Genji Gloves you can't lose. Remember save outside before betting an item, if you lose the fight you lose that item. That way if you do lose you can just reset your game and reload your save file.
Whoo! Just beat the game with my four best characters: Edgar, Sabin, Celes, and Terra all at around level 47. And just in time before my summer break ends! XD The ending was pretty good, too, but I thought it could've been SLIGHTLY better. I dunno. Just something about the ending didn't seem quite as good as it could've been... Maybe a bit more dialogue and slightly less airship scenes. But either way doesn't change the fact that this is indeed one of the best RPG's ever made.
Oh and thanx u guys for all the help, especially kidcoyote_anarchy!
EDIT: Just re-watched the ending on YouTube, and I take back what I said about the ending. Its really great and expresses each character's personality quite well, albeit a bit lightheartedly. What I realized however is that Shadow's ending sequence was the most deep, and since my Shadow died in my file, so I wasn't able to see it. That really was a great ending!
I remember how excited I was when I fist beat this game on SNES. Personally I liked the fact how you can end up using every character in the end battle, like I did. I was down to Sabin and Umaro with Sabin about to die I was just about to give up when Umaro rushed foward and threw Sabin into Kefka killing him, I than proceeded to dance around my room for the next half hour. You would have thought I won the lottery or something.

Congratulations.! Your welcome. I had lot of fun helping you, it reminded me of how great of a game this is. About Shadow now you have reason to replay the game (other than that it's a great game of course!). I forgot Gau during my first playthrough.
