Unfortunately, there is no game you want sold on Ebay with under $30.
It was an old USA Gamecube games.
Some USA Gamecube games sold with very expensive price due to its popularity and rarity.
In this case, every USA Pokemon games on Gamecube are always expensive.
Even if i can give you a link from Ebay for the cheapest option, it will still more than $30.
@LinkxPeach Yeah the owner of the site has said numerous times that a PM system is tricky to do especially when it comes to modding it. Alot of users here just use Facebook to PM or Backloggery.

I believe other then sending jirachi to a ruby/sapphire cart once per save, possibly there being promo material (can't really remember, has been ages since I ran that disk) its only other function is that it would patch the berry program glitch in the ruby/sapphire cart if it had not been done yet.

@LinkxPeach I have the disc, but I’m in the UK and still use it to distribute Jirachis to my Ruby cartridge. If you’d like a Jirachi for Sword/Shield, I got mine through Pokémon GO, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to get one anymore. Both Mew and Celebi have seen re-runs in their shiny forms though, so with any luck, maybe shiny Jirachi will be obtainable in GO before long.
