Hey, I recently bought an old N64 and I want to connect it to my TV but i don't know how exactly. I figured to use the following input but do I need a converter? I only have this or HDMI.

Or... A 3.5 mm combined av jack. Just make sure the RCA end of the adapter is female, like in the picture above.
Here's a better idea get a CRT like it's meant to be played on. You can pick one up from a garage sale or thrift store for less then 20 bucks. Heck sometimes you can find them free on Craigslist.
