Kenny was definitely my favorite character beyond Lee and Clem. He was so perfectly written — he was an @$$ at times, but it was always appropriate to the situation, and felt like how someone would naturally react in the circumstances.
@Tasuki
For me, it's close — the tv show is such a different animal, while the game is really like playing a game-version of the comic book. I love the show, but I will agree that in a lot of ways, I enjoyed the storytelling in the game a lot more. Some of the decisions that had to be made were so perfectly done, where you're like "what do I do? what do I do!?" and always wondering after if you should have made that choice. Such an amazing game, and fully deserving of every ounce of praise it has received.
I haven't read anything about 400 days — is it all-new characters that are featured (I would assume so)? I'm so looking forward to it.
@the_shpydar: They aren't new characters per say from my understanding. They are stories involving some of the minor characters in season ones. Its about the Zombie invasion I guess you would call it from their eyes as well as what they are doing while Lee and the others were doing their thing. Its suppose to somehow connect season one and two together although for obvious reason I don't know how.

And supposedly you will be able to control multiple characters. We'll see how that shakes out. I'm also reading there will be some very difficult choices right away. Can't wait!
Yeah I can't wait either but I have to wait till Friday since I have it on the Xbox. Just a warning though since PS3 will be getting it tomorrow I will be scarce around this thread so I don't accidental see any spoilers.

Tuesday, July 2nd – PlayStation Network (North America)
Wednesday, July 3rd – PC/Mac (Steam, Telltale Games Store)
Friday, July 5th – Xbox Live (Worldwide)
Wednesday, July 10th – PlayStation Network (Europe)
Thursday, July 11th – iOS (Worldwide)
Well, that's sudden. I was expecting it to come out later this month, but this week is also cool. I'll buy it when it's up on Steam this Wednesday.
Yeah, I knew it was coming out in July but didn't expect it this soon.

I was thinking more at the end of the month.

I bought, played and beat the 400 days DLC, and made some tough decisions that will surly have consequences (some of them, not so much, apparently, despite how they're flagged up at the end of the playthrough).
My favourite character was probably Russel. I had a good time playing through his chapter.
Pretty good DLC totally feels like a side story in the comic series or one of the web series spin offs. Got everyone but Vince and shel to join me. I wonder how this effect' season 2 and the continuity with the comic (I believe telltale should say screw it and do their own thing) because if your familiar with the IP its pretty obvious what the settlement probably is.
It was nice seeing all the cameos and callbacks to the first season, Now i'm just hoping there's a port to PS4. I mean how do they plan to have the migraton bewteen next gen and current gen consoles. I will want to buy season 2 on the PS4 not my 360. I guess my best bet is to grab the series on VIta replay with my X360 choices and hope season 2 has crossplay so I transfer my VIta saves the second season and than cross save that to PS4.
WAT!

I'm watching Uberhaxornova play it, I don't have the game and don't plan on getting it (hate me, HATE ME! ) but I'm enjoying it so far.
Probably this games main problem. You can experience most of what it offers by watching someone else play it - meaning many people watch playthroughs and never support the devs.
I finished 400 Days as well. Although I enjoyed it, it was probably the first time where I truly felt like I made a "wrong" choice. Without getting too specific, I was only able to convince Bonnie in the final segment of the DLC. I really hope that I still get to see the rest of the cast of characters in Season 2 anyway, because it'd be a huge bummer to see them disappear because I messed up.
I was able to get everyone to be convinced, which I guess is ok.
Played through it today. So awesome. It was fun to play as other characters, which freed me to make the kind of choices that I wouldn't have if I was playing as Lee. I do want to replay it though, as I only was able to convince 2 of the 5 to join up at the end.
I was totally expecting the game to end with everybody driving to meet up with the new group, with the final shot being them passing by a "Welcome to Woodbury" sign. Anyone think that the new group (and to that point, the potential setting of some or all of Season 2) could be Woodbury? Or maybe the Hilltop Colony ...

By 400 days in Woodbury had already fallen in the comics. If it was the Hilltop Colony then they'd be meeting up with Ricks group - and I doubt they're going in that direction. I think they're trying to keep it as separate from the main comic story as possible.

Ah, you're right. I always lose track of how much time has passed in the comic at certain points in the series — I forget that only around a year or so has passed thus far.
