@Haru17 Since you mentioned Reach and ODST, I would say that Titanfall 2 feels closer to those, surprisingly so, than the current wave of militaristic shooters.
My next day off is on Friday (grumbles) and I am already super eager to go back to the campaign!
Maybe wait until the price falls (ho ho!) if you are not overly fussed about the multiplayer side of things though.
I've spent enough this year as it is (and I still got 4 more purchases to go, including FFXV), so Titanfall 2 will have to wait until January...but I tell ya, it's gonna be a tough wait...
I'm planning to try and figure it out finally with this playthrough on PS4. I think it has something to do with hearts, dreams, friendship and spikey hair.
@Dezzy Well apart from their let's throw a bunch of Disney characters in a Final Fantasy game, the sub-titles are just too confusing. I thought the Alien franchise had bad naming conventions, but KH is absolutely ridiculous with all those plus editions, remix editions, .5 something final REremix collection edition.. Blegh..
@Octane
Yeah they've kind of mixed and matched with their naming conventions. Kingdom Hearts is just the kind of traditional mainstream name that sounds fairly generic but is memorable. Then all of the subtitles seem to be written by the people who make those ridiculous niche JRPGs like Hyper Dimension Neptunia, that sound like someone with tourettes taking a latin class.
Kingdom hearts games were great for their time, but even with charming Disney characters the overall product seems dated and it's best days being in the PS2/PSP era.
WAT!
Hey check out my awesome new youtube channel shingi70 where I update weekly on the latest gaming and comic news form a level headed perspective.

That's because there hasn't been a mainline Kingdom Hearts since that era!
Let's see what the long overdue third outing brings to the table.
I absolutely love the gameplay of the games. The story has me invested, most likely just by virtue of how long it's been going on, but I think the gameplay really shines in titles like birth by sleep and 3D.
Also, thanks to targets buy 2 get 1 free, I'm going to be the proud owner of skyrim and world of final fantasy (with the third game being tomb raider for the bf), despite STILL working on the bioshock trilogy
Currently replaying Witcher 3 GOTY, just finished the quest "the last wish". Not gonna spoil anything to those still playing but Damn! that broke my heart even though this is my second play through. ArGGHHHH!!!!!'
That's the boat up the mountain one isn't it? That is one of the great ones. Although I "accidentally" romanced both Triss and Yennefer without realising that would create problems later on. Which was pretty awesome actually. Realistic relationship dynamics in a video game.
@Dezzy yep thats the one. I chose Triss but breaking up with Yen is so hard moreso when it was well animated that you can see that the character was hurting. Almost made me just push square just to skip the situation. Hahaha
Well maybe that's just in my world.
The realistic part was that if you try and romance them both, they get annoyed and screw you over. In most games, they'd either just only allow one option or they'd allow you to do both and there'd be no continuity between them.
So there's a possibility Monster Hunter may be returning to PS, the head of Capcom was saying about handhelds holding back its potential in the west so that likely means either they have huge faith in Switch or we'll be seeing Monster Hunter come to PS4.
@Grumblevolcano I think that'll end up making no difference to me. I would expect both a PS4 and Switch (or even 3DS) version, though. I'm sure Monster Hunter 5 will look dope and get no credit for it no matter what platform it releases on.
