^Okay, so just make a video about something else. Problem solved. Let Sony do their own advertising instead of leeching off of someone else's success like a disgusting parasite. Okay, that was probably uncalled for. But seriously, surely if you can afford camera equipment, and have the deire to make gadget-related videos, you can come up with else that doesn't involve showing off a piece of unannounced hardware, seeing as such content will be completely irrelevant in, like, 3 days.

I understand the principle, but again, there's cencoring news, and then there's shutting down clickbait that just pollutes Youtube feeds and dilutes Sony's own advertising campaign, while unqualified idiots misinform the masses. At the very least, this is quality control.

Unless people are just uploading leaked footage without commentary or something else that is sufficiently transformative in nature, Sony has no business hitting people with copyright strikes for using that footage. I'm sorry if their "reveal" is ruined, but it's a public thing now, and people have a right to talk about it and, yes, show off pictures of what it looks like.
Sony misusing Youtube's broken copyright strike system to censor smaller channels talking about this is unsurprising, but certainly not something to celebrate.
@WebHead I can definitely understand the quieter part. Fortunately for me it's only during summer that the fan starts to spin like a turbine. I think I can live with that.
@Ralizah Since the location is completely different, I wonder if they're going to expand on the story and lore from the first game (since there was a lot of unexplained stuff), or if they're telling a completely new story.

I just hate Youtubers in general, so I was just venting/taking potshots in their general direction. Anything short of nuclear war that hurts those guys is a-okay in my opinion.
@Octane Perhaps the OAV that bridges the two games will expand on the lore of the first game!
Given the surrealism of the in-game universe, though, I wouldn't expect logical answers to why a lot of things were the way they were.

I've thought about making videos, but my tendency to want to avoid attention and publicity as much as possible wouldn't really jive well with a platform stuffed with "Me too!" millennials who will do anything to get clicks.

And that's exactly why I hate Youtubers in general. They're either terrible people, or idiots by proxy, since they putting in tons of effort on a platform that's counterintuitive to their needs, for an audience that largely does not deserve, nor require such thought and care.
