5 years 86 million is pretty impressive I think we've bought 8 with #9 coming this weekend so I guess Ive skewed it a bit , been great since the beginning. The new COD bundle is really baffling but cool stats!
Well I've ended up avoiding the incomplete Spyro disc problem by just buying the digital version.
I'm going away for the week so dont have time to get something in the mail. And my main reason for buying physical is so I can resell something after playing it. But I realised that a game like Spyro I'll want to hold onto permanently. That's the sorta thing I'll replay every couple of years.
@Tsurii be polite dude. @Dezzy I suggest to you to read again #10,607. ^^
I never said something like : I KNOW something's gonna happend, blablabla...
I just put a link of Rosti from ResetEra...
@Grumblevolcano Whoa, what the heck.....no conference from the biggest vendor? That means either they're doing the PS5 thing and they're doing it outside of E3 itself as their own entire Apple type convention...but that still seems weird to not have a booth presence if so, or it means E3 is well and truly dead now.
This is the big news and I say it again, the PS5 is for 2019...
Sony is gonna screw E3 by doing its own stuff to present the PS5 to the world !
I already see the thing :
PS5 blablabla Powerful blablabla Incredible graphics Blablabla, available right now !
MASS MURDER ! LOL and they win E3 witout being there, they win Christmas 2019 etc... !
E3 is the shadow of itself since some years... Sony wants to keep everything secret and E3 means that you have to show something to your competitors.
Doing your own stuff, gives you the opportunity to master your communication and since communication is everything today...
That's weird, but I guess I don't really care, especially after last year. It's clear that they're now in full transition mode to new hardware. Which I find hilarious since it only seems like the generation is finally living up to its potential. Ah well, that seems to be how it goes every gen.
@Cobalt Maybe they'll show the PS5 in Fall, but that also fails to build hype, preorders, etc going into Christmas. That would make it something of a stealth launch. A surprise launch at Christmas would also put MS in pole position to just top them the following E3, only 8 months or less after they launch. It's a weird strategy if that's how it goes.
Granted, they could be "not at E3" and just doing their own show at a different theater in town that same week, with or without a PS5....like Bethesda...they technically don't do E3, and Microsoft and EA's shows are technically not part of E3. It's just at the same time. (But they all have floor space. I could see Sony having their "own" floor space elsewhere though.)
