I don't know if this is the best place to ask, but how strong should I be before venturing into Bowser's Keep (Super Mario RPG). I have everyone at level 22, although they're all almost 23. Would that be good enough?

Congratulations. You are the first person I've ever met who didn't think The Witcher 2 was a spectacular game.
... you did play The Witcher 2 before making such a silly blanket statement, right?
Nah, of course you didn't.
I don't know about Mieu-Fire, but personally, I don't think I need to play every half-way decent WRPG out there to know they're not for me. So what if Witcher 2 is supposed to be really good? It's still a WRPG, and unless it abandons everything that makes a WRPG a WRPG, it won't be interesting to me.

^This. So much this.
I'm not saying all WRPGs are bad (I haven't, and couldn't, played them all, so that would be a very ignorant thing for me to say), however, I have played (or tried playing) enough of them to decide that the genre just isn't for me.

Don't you like Dark Souls? That game has so many WRPG mechanics. It's like a... WARPG.
Or a JWARPG...

But it does them in a distictly japanese way, plus it lacks many of the negative mechanics, such as the Choose-your-own-adventure-book style storytelling that I hate so much. Really, to me it always felt like an open-world action game than an RPG.
Don't worry Ms.(Mr.?) Cho, there's all kinds of people out there. I haven't played Witcher 2 btw :/ But if it ever comes out for PS3,which I doubt, day 1 buy for me.
Now a statement:
If you don't like Fallout 3 you haven't played it or you just hate everything.

Haha, Fallout 3 is the one WRPG that hasn't done anything for me this gen. Not a fan of futuristic WRPGs - I prefer Oblivion and Skyrim (which are pretty much the same thing anyway)

I don't think I'll ever understand how people can dismiss entire genres.
I don't like platformers, but I love Sound Shapes.
I honestly can't see how anyone could criticise The Witcher 2 for anything. It is the perfect game.
That's a bad example if you ask me. Sound Shapes is also a Rhythm game, and last I checked, you liked rhythm games.
I don't know about other people. I just know that I've played enough games to know what I do like and what I don't like, and that the genres that I dislike, I dislike on a fundamental level. For instance, I dislike horror games because they must be scary, and I don't like being scared. I dislike Western RPGs for many reasons, but most of them are what make a Western RPG a western RPG.
