Topic: Star Wars: Battlefront

Without a doubt, my best non-Nintendo gaming experiences are from Battlefront and Battlefront II on the PS2/Xbox. It's a combination of both Battlefield and Star Wars. I recommend both because both are fantastic and not very expensive. I love them so much, I'm thinking of buying the Xbox versions so I can play at my house.

I never played these but I really want to.

I loved Star Wars: Battlefront and Battlefront 2. They were the only shooter games I strived to get good at. Really, it's too bad Battlefield isn't usually this fun. Sure, the games were flawed - bugs abound in both games - but they were still incredibly fun games.

They're two of my favorite shooters. There's no telling how much time I've spent playing them.

I've been meaning to pick 2 up from Steam, I love Battlefront. I want a third one dang it >: O

I loved Battlefront 2 for the PS2, it was my favorite game on the system. But it broke . At least my friend still has it.

@Irken004: Agreed they are great games. I have the first one on PC and the second one on PS2 spent alot of time fighting off Rebel forces.

I loved the battlefront games! Battlefront 2 was the first game I got on PS2 and the most played. It's really to bad they never made a sequel.

Is there going to be a Battlefront game for the PSVita or Nintendo 3DS?

Probably not unless some else makes it. The main company behind the Battlefront games went out of business a few years ago. So in all honesty I am not sure who has the rights now.

I play Battlefront II with my brothers just about every day. I hope we'll see a sequel one day.

I wish that company would have made a third Battlefront instead of that bad Lord of the Rings game before they went out of business.
