PSP is one of my favourite consoles. Very good hardware/video/mp3 player, a great collection of rpg games, good batery life, the best screen of any handheld etc.
Daxter is mighty cheap and a lot of fun. Same with the First Jak & Daxter. I got Jak II for $6 a month or so ago at Gamestop. Not sure what Jak 3 and The Lost Frontier go for nowadays, though.
Hmm... I'm really considering getting a PSP Go... Any argument as to why I should choose the 3000 instead? The Go has 16gb of internal memory and the Stick Duo things are really expensive. It also has compatibility with the PS3 controller, and that could be fun to use. Maybe :3 It's also more portable-I could fit it in my pocket lots easier than the 3000.

The PSP is many things, but battery life ain't one of them.

Oh, I thought you were talking about games there were not on PSN. My bad.
'salright. But no, seriously, Dissidia is the only game Square-Enix has on PSN, which is sad since it's arguably the worst game they have on the PSP, yet it's the only one available to PSPgo users.
You and I are opposites regarding Dissidia. I personally love it, but they should add every other game onto the service, although if it costs money (despite the fact that UMD would be considered a higher price packet to dispatch) then they'll decide whether the games are worth it.

I don't dislike Dissidia, but it's mediocre compared to Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy 2, Star Ocean 1 and Star Ocean 2, and even Valkyrie Profile (despite my fervent dislike for it) IMHO. Honestly, they have some serious potential there, and they aren't tapping it.
Fair enough, although I liked the fighting/RPG aspects they created for it (and I am not exactly a fan of the fighting genre).
I haven't actually played the VP series but it looks very complicated and so Persona like.
Personally I love fighting games, but they fighting mechanics weren't very strong in Dissidia. The RPG elements were great, but felt tedious at times. At least in my eyes. Oh well. Water under the bridge.
Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth isn't really like Persona except in its attempt at a mature storyline. It's more about the individual stories and how each character died (I hate tragedies unless they're ironic and funny, otherwise I find them annoying, hence why VP never clicked with me). Gameplaywise it's not that hard to understand, actually. Sure it's non-traditional, but It's more easy to learn, difficult to master, especially the combat which is just press a button to use a certain person's attack. VP2 is pretty complicated, though, but IMHO it's more refined and has an actual plot so it's much easier to get into. I never played covanant of the Plume, though, but I hear it's also mad complicated.
