I just downloaded Syphon Filter 2 and 3 on PSN, and my God these games are terrible. The controls are clunky, the voice acting is mediocre. It all feels very sluggish, possibly due to rushed development.

@irken - It'll take you a while. It took me a fair time to get 200 riddler trophies, then got sick of it. I pretty much just finished the side quests. Theyre pretty good.
@viewtiful_joe - where have you seen it for $20? I've found it for $30 online at zavvi, so will probably pick it up there. Also along with Bayonetta, a game I've been meaning to pick up for ages.

Well I never played the PSP ones. Are they any better than the PS1 Syphon Filters? Did they at least improve the controls?
Finally beat Arkham City with 49% I don't know if I'll go for 100% completion or not.
100% completion includes everything all the challenge maps outside of the main game. If your gonna do it, it'll take some time.
Also, once you complete all of te side quests, finding the riddler trophies is pretty easy.

I don't know, I just can't decide. Chrono Trigger is amazing, so I need to play the sequel, but everyone says FF VII is one of the best RPG's ever made, so I think I owe that one a go. So I guess the winner is... Final Fantast VII
Anyways, I went through all the characters in Twisted Metal II, and I didn't see Sweet Tooth anywhere. Is he in the game?

Yes. That's what I'm getting at. They play nothing like the PS1 games and have way better gameplay and controls.

At GameStop. I'm not sure if it's still there because they always change their prices. I could have gotten El Shaddai and FF13 but noooo. They changed the price...

I just downloaded Darksiders on PSN. It's a pretty good God of War clone.
Is Dante's Inferno a good game too? I'm thinking about getting that one as well. I love God of War-style games!

I here Dante's inferno is okay
Darksiders is nothing like Zelda. It's more of a brutal hack-and-slash game, much like God of War, Bayonetta, and Devil May Cry. Though DMC is more stylish.
It has all the features of God of War:
A super powerful warrior killing enemies with a powerful weapon
The enemies drop collectible souls
You find chests with more souls
You use these souls to upgrade your weapons
Gigantic boss battles where all you do is slash repeatedly, dodge, repeat
Tons of quick-time events ("mash the Circle button")
So if you think Darksiders is more like Zelda, then that means God of War is like Zelda too.
It follows the Zelda formula to the letter. You go through dungeons, solve puzzles, get new items/upgrades to help you solve your tasks. It really is a Zelda clone, just with God of War combat and style.
Also, true story: Ninja Gaiden and Devil May Cry were inspired by Zelda.

I just got to the gate where War meets Samael for the first time. I'm pretty early in the game. So far I haven't seen many Zelda elements at all, it's all just hack-and-slash.
