Topic: Nintendo Life Playstation 3 Fan Thread

I had no problem with the camera in AA whatsoever; totally awesome game. Enough so that I put in the work to earn my Platinum Trophy in it. Okay, maybe that logic doesn't exactly follow given some of the other Plats I have (nothing crappy just to get the Trophies, but certainly some far less stellar stuff). Anyway, AA is still awesome. Looking forward to the sequel.

@Sean.... aye, anytime. We will be playing tonight for sure. We have been known to pull some 10+ hr marathons at times, depends on if we have a unbreakable win streak going.

@SilentJ.... dude they freakin rocked it out big time, small bar sold completely out and they played a 2.5hr set, oh and there new album comes out today! Ive seen prob 75-100 live bands and Sevendust just went to the straight top for just being so raw live. They have been my favorite band since there original release...... what 12 years ago. Drowning Pool were pretty good, but I still prefer there original singer..... there was another band called Digital Summer yall should check out, they were really hard and did a great job live.

@Slappy: Gotta love all the extra care Atlus and its partners squeeze into the localizations of their games! Great news.

Yeah, Giving us all the DLC that was already on the disc instead of making us pay for it! If only other companies would learn from these guys, like...every other video game publisher out there. Too bad they couldn't give us the DLC that wasn't already on the disc.

Not to mention the budget price Japan didn't get. Anyone complaining about this game being $40 is a fool! Good thing I haven't heard any such complaints as of yet.

Im buying Heavy Rain and then 3D Dot Heroes and then that is it, unless I come across some killer deal on a game somewhere. I got so much to play and it keeps getting worse lol.

@Slappy: I have similar plans, but it's more due to lack of money than needing to play the games I have. That's not to say I don't need to play the games I have, but...I'm not at ALL good at abstaining from purchases for that reason alone.

@Stuff.... well my wife keeps bringing home games that Ive wanted, this one Walmart in our area (we have 7) has for some reason been selling PS3 and PSP games really cheap and she keeps bringing them home or buying the new ones that come out so she can play them. If it wasnt for MW2 I would have prob beaten all of them, but well Ive now put over 7 days time in it. Blazblue is also going to take up a lot of my time as well as its flippin awesome, I love the deep storylines of the characters and the smooth gameplay.

Hey about yesterdays match. That sucked when you got the Pavelow and then host migration came on and failed....

@Sean.... for real man. I was 31-1 and it was only what 2 minutes into the match, just dropped the Pavelow and had a Care Package and a Sentry Gun in reserve, I wasnt happy at all. That was very well looking to break my 42-5 record lol.

.... Im about to say the **** with Street Fighter 4 as the game is just to flippin hard. On Easy and 30 second rounds I can still barely win a round without spamming moves and that is just frustrating, especially when you finally get to Seth and cant beat him for nothing.

Also dude......how did you get so many trophies?!? lol

Naw, stick with it, man. I'll admit, Street Fighter can be a real b**** on singleplayer, you just gotta take it one step at a time. And remember to make use of the training mode, real battles are too short to really learn anything from.

How's Darksiders? I'm considering it as my next game after Arkham Asylum, I hear it really opens up after the first few hours and turns into quite an able Zelda-esque game, but is it a good one at that?

I should have picked it up while I got Fallout 3.....

I LOVED Street fighter:Alpha 2 on the SNES and SF2.
This game was one of my games to get for PS3 and I forgot it...

1)Does it have online play?
2)Is there a campaign? Or any other mode to keep me interested?
3)Does anyone still play online(if enabled)??
4)Is there lots of moves and characters?
5)Buy street Fighter 4 for cheap used or get Super Street Fighter 4???

I'd wait for Super Street Fighter 4, it'll launch at 40$ if i'm not mistaken, and with all the new characters and features you get buying the original today would be a waste.

@Sean: Because it's an upgraded version of a game from last year instead of an all-new title, and I think they realize nobody would be willing to drop the full $60 on it (at least not outside of Japan).

@odd: I forgot we'll have to defeat 3 opponents in 15 seconds for that trophy lol. I thought we'd be able to boost for it, but I guess we'll have to be actually good enough to kill 3 opponents in 15 seconds. I'm hitting the hay. Sorry it took so long to figure out how to invite and accept invites. I was looking in the wrong spot. Ill be on tonight if you wanna actually fight each other though, or any other night this week after 1 am eastern.

Yea let me practice ,we'll get it eventually. But yea im down for some matches soon!! I will also be playing HD remix next week .
