As much as I want to see a new game, but this is Konami were talking about, and they burned alot of bridges.

And assuming the rumors are true that there's another unannounced SH game looming somewhere, so the closest we'll know. Also if the pictures are probably suggest in your mind that it's basically "Body Shaming" well "Eddie from SH2" says hi.

Same guy named "AestheticGamer" post the same image with 1 new one in the end. Granted these images are from 2020, and could most likely been changed for sure.

There's a rumor of an upcoming update from a YouTuber, that there will be a new Silent Hill game released anytime this year or next year.

There's also a post on Twitter showing some leaked photos. Still, there are no details about when this will be released and what the new updates,
features, and graphics details are or what medium we could use to play the game.
