The overpriced proprietary memory cards that will only be sold separately kills it for me. Not buying a Vita till the memory card prices come down and/or one is bundled with the system.
First Edition Bundle comes with a Memory card, a game, and a case for an extra $50. Oh, and it comes out a week earlier than the rest.
My biggest concern are the full downloadable titles and those Sony memory cards. It's either dish out $40 for the games or download them for possibly less and keep them all on an overpriced memory stick that will most likely fill up after a couple of downloads. How big is the card in the starter set?

About 4 gigs, but personally, I'd spend the extra $5 to get the retail versions.
