@RidgebackRottie I was hoping to get a Shiny Dratini and honestly I really don't pay attention to IV. I know the foreign Gible I have has 4iv and that is about it.

@ausriasan I actually have a foreign Dratini with 4 IV I think it's a male I can't remember but I'm finished using it for breeding, how about that for your Gible?
