Does anyone have a Shiny Budew or Roselia they would like to trade! I would prefer it to be female but I know shiny's are hard to find!

Shiny Roselia is my favorite pokemon and I usually use Pokegen to make her my starter, but I can't and I have been searching for hours.

I haven't gotten very far along in the game and all I have to offer is a Japanese, Level 37 Electrode with VERY HIGH SPEED IV.
