looks like it should be do-able
hardest will be the carbink since you want it's HA

I could also get them up to 5-6IV easily enough, so perhaps instead of picking the 2 IVs you want, chose an IV you could care less about

with luck, they should be ready in a little while, provided that cabink ever shows up

Carbink with Sturdy is acutally a pain XD
it only shows up 1/5 at a rare chance in a horde with rogenrolla. then I have to hope it has it's HA

@Eveechan it's fine you can leave carbink for last and we'll just trade as you finish each pokemon if thats ok with you, just so i don't have to do all of the ev training at once lol
