Finally beat Ala! And by 'beat ala' I mean that I ran around aimlessly while Bekah, Malice, and Chris piled on the damage

_{was trying to get in bekah's way a lot, don't think she noticed me though ;P}

Anyway, thanks to those who helped, now onto the awesomely fun Jho quests...
...or to make some more armor first. Peco+ won't keep me safe forever~

@splat tech and zez Great quests last night, although there ura rubies were absent it was still fun. Ala was a great way to end the day (even if zez was running aimlessly a getting in my way.)

@SuperPeach What in the world as you doing up so early LOL. Funny thing was. Didn't notice you gunningtill almost 10mins in.

@Zez It was my pleasure to help even though I still wanted to give Ala a zez size wack over the head.

@Splat You know I was just kidding about you dying right! After all no one died as much as Bekah did tonight.

@tech I only died because of that useless jaggi mask, seriously even gemming armor to make it great luck does nothing. Its so stinkin messed up. /me loathes that ugly jaggi mask

I thought it as called a Joey mask. LOL!!!

I was just kidding D: I really was trying to attack while I could, but it was only the second time I fought against it, so I wasn't used to it's attack patterns yet. I did try to heal people and give everyone attack boosts when I could with my wide range +2. At least I didn't die...!

Ya I know lol I can take a joke it was great to hunt with you been to long, two straight Ala runs with no deaths all around I'm getting spoiled.

I will be on later but not for as long as normal.

@zez - I was just joshing you man. Everyone kinda does that the first couple times. Consider yourself blessed to have such a great team for your Ala run though.

I recommend getting Ian+ and maxing it out, it's a good all around set I still use it alot.

I got Peco then Ian then Los ect ect and just kept building to a higher set.

Doing the 51+ Double Trouble quest is a good way to get rubies, just make sure you have dung bombs or three good players with you.

Im preparing for my next Urgent Ala will Dober Armor set be enough?

That should be fine, hunting Ala is more about bringing the right supplies then about the armor.

Dober is my favorite set for Ala. You will appreciate all that Dragon Res.

Oh the horror! D: I feel sorry for any gunner who takes splat's advice and uses all that time to forge an ian set for ala.

Yes dober is pretty good 'cept for the part where it's fire weak, when gunning fire and thunder are your worst enemy since the dragon attacks are quite easy to dodge or shield. The firey vortex is the thing I've seen most people die from.

Who said anything about Gunner set? I was talking about an Ian Blade set I have hunted Ala in an Ian Blade set many times.

Any time I'm talking about a set you can just assume I'm talking about a blade I don't gun and never will.

I am actually making that set right now (or atleast whenever I'm on ).

The best Gunner set for Ala is Damascus. Can't dodge his fire vortex? Just guard it.

I was just saying that Ian+ is an awful set. Someday you'll see that too.
