I did one Alatreon+ last night and got 3 Skypiercers. I think I need one more and have everything Skypiercer related.

Yeah it's an Event Only. It hits harder and has way more hit points. You can also get the uber rare Skypiercers without breaking both his horns.

Yep he is an event quest. More rewards at end of quest and he carries more hit points.
