My strongest is my hammer which is 780 but it can be hard to land a good hit on faster monsters, I need to branch out more my self I have played with long-swords or giant swords or whatever but I don't like the way they swing.
The attack number actually matters so little. You can only use it to compare the strength of weapons within the same weapon class. And then if you add elemental or status attacks on top of a lower attack number you might still end up with better damage output than plain damage anyway.
For example, if an SnS had over 1000 as its attack number it would be insanely overpowered compared to any other weapon type. An 8-hit combo dealing 1000 damage each hit within 3 seconds? Yeah, no.
@H-MAC Well we all were going to go on at 3 est. Ill still be on for a bit from 3 to 4:30 but then need to go to work. See you there maybe? Shoot the last time I hunted with you all we mostly did was chat. That was more fun then hunting. Its been a couple of weeks.
Not a problem splat. And I've been holding back to at least give you a little better experience. Don't make me take out my hammers long swords and great swords! Besides it gives me a chance to use my gun and I've got a long ways before I'm good with those.

I've gotten the glitch 4 times now and I even used my brothers save file and the same thing happened. I was lucky he was right at the point I was and I was sure it would work but when I got to the door it was locked again. I really wanted to see how the story turned out but to frustrated to play through it again and find that door locked!

I think I do will check when I'm on, I still have a few lame 1 and 2 star delivering quest that no one ever wants to do and I really don't want to do either haha.
I've never gotten the glitch in M, anyways...might show up online if you guys are still on. Need to finish up Barroth and move onto Rathalos, and maybe Barioth. Getting close to Ala too...need to finish with weapons...
But yeah, soon-ish, playing Ocarina of Time for some reason now. xD
