So here on animal crossing new leaf you can only have one type of perfect fruit in your town. Sometimes your original fruit trees (your orange trees) will have a fruit. That perfect fruit disappears after three days (in game time) and you’d have to get a perfect fruit from a friend who has the same fruit as you or from a friend who has a perfect fruit and can give it to you. I happen to have a bunch of perfect oranges from a friend that you can plant in your town to get more perfect oranges @Lana94
