I really like it. I often watch YouTube while drinking my morning coffee before work. But booting my PC up and then going to Youtube usually takes a precious 5-8 minutes. But the Switch can get going in less than 1 or 2 minutes. Seems like a small difference but it's relevant to me. So I'd very much prefer using YouTube on the Switch.
I hope we get it. And I hope getting it encourages Netflix, Twitch and Crunchyroll to follow.
Yes, I know those apps are on plenty of other systems and devices, but so what? Why do so many people get angry that some of us would like them on Switch too?

It'll be there as an option. Say you're on a bus/train with Wi-Fi, you get a notification a Direct's about to start and either your phone's out of juice/not with you or you just want a bigger screen to watch, your Switch should come in handy.
Course, whether the app's good enough or if the train/bus' wi-fi is good enough is another story. XD
Be neat though if we could upload our clips directly to YT.

Called battery drain and if you don't have Public wifi access forget YT usage. So to have YT your smart phone will have to login to the wifi and switch to hotspot for your Switch to use wifi. I know I test this. So it sounds good but Switch doesn't have a Browser to login before you can use the wifi. This is what will limit any YT apps. No pubic wifi access no YT or Hulu that the fact they aren't telling you.
@MasterJay I quite like the news channels always read any updates even though i see most of it here and like/dislike. Must be a good way to see feedback from owners.
@BeetonTheRobot What do you mean proper? Was that hatin on 3DS now. What you should be more concern about is that the screen playback will look better on the Switch screen.
@JoeDiddley I miss the days of print media when every month had genuine surprises. Don't get me wrong its been a change for the better in every other way just miss the surprises.
@bluemage1989 I kind of feel the same way too. I like the way Nintendo can keep most of its secrets, then surprise us in a Nintendo Direct with something that is coming in just a couple of months, rather than a couple of years.
@bluemage1989 miss that too. We still get Game Informer magazine but by the time it hits the mailbox we've known everything in it for weeks already. They're fun to flip thru with the kids but definitely with you on missing those monthly shockers
