They were on sale, so I decided to get Arcade Archives: New Rally-X and Arcade Archives: Baraduke. Both arcades games by Namco.
For some reason, the Namco games and the ACA NEOGEO ones are the Arcade Archives that constantly go on sale. And for whatever reason, the SNK ones tend to be the cheapest, that's how I got the 3 Real Bout Fatal Fury games, The King of Fighters '97, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003

Preowned from GameStop, which Nintendo's logic dictates I'm as much of a thief as a ROM downloader. Oh well, I'm indifferent after their emulation stance.
I'd have liked to buy New but I remembered far too late (well after I'd paid) that GameStop runs a deceitful website that is probably the only one that selects Preowned as the default option. Check the confirmation email and it doesn't even reminded me of the selected condition.
@FishyS About $30 if you get it from Walmart. But you might even get it lower than that if you buy it from eBay. I think Walmart cut the price down permanently...I could be wrong about that but it's been $30 for about two months. Amazon also has it in the $30 range too if you buy it brand new. Can't say much for Target & Best Buy as I haven't been there in like...a year.
But overall...I suggest eBay. Because I have seen the game go for about $20. It's up to you though. Hope that helps.
