@Luna_110 Remember what I said about uni being contradictory?
Well here I am, downloading UE4 for coursework (And messing around, see what I can do regarding Switch purposes) and for said coursework....we have to go back quite a few versions, despite us meaning to be at the cutting edge of tech.
I don't...ugh. Getting the JD pre-emptively for this. Plus I had to an electronic submission of an executable. Electronic submission doesn't allow EXE or code files. So...what do I do? Did you lot not think this through?
Getting drunk and watching Switch trailers and remembering how fun it was to play. That's my night.

I think Switch is going to be a lot bigger than the naysayers are saying. Its certainly flying faster than the Wii U did (Save for the UK but hohum that wont change).
Interesting to see the real momentum over predicted.

I wouldn't speak so soon. The wii u was hard to find at first as well. And with how lucrative the low stock has been for Nintendo, it's surprising no one that they don't have enough to go around. Let's see how it does after launch
@BLP_Software weird one with the UK, all the major retailers are showing Switch as either sold out or can't guarantee Day One as initial allocation sold out. Yet the official store still shows stock of the grey console. Is the UK Nintendo store not really used?
@Whitewatermoose Maybe there'll still be Nintendo's signature summer software drought. Arms probably will be late May and then maybe we'll see nothing until September.
@Grumblevolcano That is really not good for a new console Nintendo are going to be hoping becomes a big seller they can focus all their efforts on going forward. But then again, it's Nintendo so who knows how they think.

C'mon, be fair to us. He said 'might'. It's the sketchiest of sketchy rumours.
Anyone preordered from Amazon UK? My order status says it's due for delivery on Saturday 4th March. I'm not particularly bothered a I'm not sure whether I'm going through with it yet, but if I do Friday 3rd's gonna feel pretty lame if I have to wait 24hrs.
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
@Grumblevolcano Arms was down for 28th June last time I looked on the official page.I just had a look again there and now it just has Spring so it's been brought forward.I definitely didn't imagine that as I left a comment on article soon after I saw it.

I'm in U.S., and I walked into a Gamestop the weekend the Wii U came out and bought a deluxe edition without a preorder or anything. No lie: they had a STACK of non-preorder Wii Us just sitting out in the open. When I came in and asked if they had any, the guy just laughed at me and motioned at all of them.
Hey guys - I don't know if I've ever shared a YouTube link or anything, but I just saw some videos from Spawn Wave. Has around 19,000 subs, so pretty small in contrast to a lot of other guys we keep seeing videos from.
Anyway, he doesn't exactly seem pro or anti Nintendo, but he has some really interesting technical discussions on the Switch. Seems to put some time into actually thinking things through rather than just sort of going emotional on every issue. A lot more of a focus on real numbers and facts that he's compiled. Pretty cool for anyone to check out if they get the time, especially his video dealing with the FOXCONN leak.

I'm not so sure. Sure every bit of evidence we have so far is pretty subjective but I don't remember this much hype for the Wii U. Not even close. The last time I remember this number of people being hyped about a console pre-launch was with the Wii. And with the Wii not only was the console hard to find but the games and accessories were also sold out.
To be fair, most of the Wii hype was post-launch. It was a console that kept gaining momentum for that full first year. I'm not sure if the Switch will do the same. But in terms of pre-launch hype? I do think I'm right to guess that the Switch is the biggest since Wii.
