Tell me Cruis'n Blast doesn't have the coolest vehicles of any racing game ever made (and these look even cooler now that they're fully upgraded with unlockable customizations)
@JaxonH
I want to ask about the control scheme.
Usually for Mario Kart games, A = Accelerate, B = Brake, R / ZR = Drift, L / ZL = Use item.
How about the control scheme for Cruis'n Blast ?
@JaxonH I’m loving the shark and triceratops hahaha. This game might be one I get now just for the fact you can be a floating shark, because I always just try to use the wackiest car in any racing game.
The vehicles look cheesy and fun. Looking at those images reminds me of the times I played a Cruis'n Blast at my local Chuck E Cheese when I was a little pissant.
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
Cruis’n Blast is just pure fun. In fact, the game is gonna have fun with or without you playing it. If you hear the Cruis’n theme song jamming in the middle of the night, don’t be alarmed.
@Anti-Matter
Same. A is still accelerate, R/ZR is still drift. Except L/ZL is “blast” to use a boost. There are no items. Also, you’ll never actually brake. B will do it. But you’ll never use it. Also, X changes tunes and Y changes view. And there are tricks you can do. Tapping A twice does a wheelie, doing a wheelie while turning does a side wheelie, doing a wheelie off a ramp does flips, drifting off a ramp does a helicopter, and if you wheelie into the side of another vehicle it’ll pop you in the air with a few flips and boost you ahead of them. You can also take out other cars by ramming them.
There’s also optional “auto-accelerate” like Mario Kart and optional “motion controls” for turning like a steering wheel. I haven’t used either option, but they’re there.
@MsJubilee
You mean Cruis’n USA? This game only released in arcades 4 years ago.
Well, it's for games releasing this winter so, keep expectations in check. This definitely won't be an e3 blowout. Expect news on Pokémon BD/SP, Pokémon Arceus, Metroid, Mario Party, Advance Wars, some 3rd party games, another system added to Online, and maybe one or two moderate surprises.
It'll be good, no doubt! As long as expectations are aligned.

I am in the same position. Like on the one hand, more games is always good but on the other, it seems like after quite a quiet year for games overall, we're just gonna be hit with an absolute avalanche for like the next five months. I guess they couldn't spread them out better because of Covid disruption or whatever, but my wallet is already screaming and the avalanche is still basically just starting at the top of the mountain. I guess at least next year won't seem so dry, as I am going to be catching up on games from the end of this one/start of the next one I think well into next year.
Being the sucker I am, I do vaguely hope for something new & unexpected .... I don't particularly expect anything & it won't matter if there's nothing I want but that would be a surprise
Then again, one could have said the same for Monster Hunter Rise, and yet they announced it beforehand and simply followed up with a new trailer at the Game Awards. So... maybe, maybe not.

That's literally the only thing that will get me over the moon hyped at the Direct tomorrow if the new Smash fighter isn't someone crazy like DOOM Slayer
At least an image of Bayonetta's new hairdo. Anything
