It's not a matter of if Rare wants to do it, it's a matter of if the parent company (Microsoft) will allow it.

I usually don't ask for a character inclusion in Smash, but if possible, I'd like to see Amaterasu from Okami.

Making promise is easy. The hard part is keeping it.

Hi guys,

Proud owner of a switch for a couple of days now and well impressed.

What’s people’s opinion on screen protectors? I bought some for £8 but could not put them on properly without air bubbles so they went in the bin lol. Don’t fancy keep forking out cash for them anyways.

Is it cool to put the switch in one of them cases you can buy to travel about with the switch without a screen protector on it?

I see dock mode is a big scratching culprit but I don’t have a TV so this is not an issue for me as dont use it.

@Rutta get a screen protector, it’s a must. Any tempered glass screen protector should be fine and easy to put without bubbles. Good luck and enjoy gaming

@Rutta Get a glass protector! They're stronger and don't have any air bubbles
I don't usually get a screen protector but it makes me feel more at ease with the whole "dock scratching" thing.

A padded case could work if you aren't using the dock, but it really just depends how well you look after it.

If your glass protector looks like it has bubbles try to gently and slowly push them out, and sometimes they also go away on their own with time.

Bloop.

@Rutta the one @subpopz posted is the one I’d recomend. It’s the one I have since day 1 and still have a spear.

@Rutta I hope you don't find me being nosey but I just wanted to ask what games you have bought for your Nintendo Switch so far and if there was anything you have your eye on that's yet to be released?

@1UP_MARIO I am launching it 1st October as a matter of fact. Two years later than planned after doing a Prince's Trust Self Employment course. I am surprised anyone took notice of the fact I had a site in the pipeline.

Oh wow thanks for quick responses and recommendations guys.

@FragRed yeah I picked up Mario Oddesy and Kart. Kind of regret getting Mario kart though as had it for Wii U although not played in over a year.

Looking to pick up Zelda next and also like the sound of Sega ages and the Capcom beat em ups that’s coming out soon.

Is there actually any reason to put games on your eShop wishlist? I put them on until my list got full, then it got too annoying to go back through it and delete some to add new ones, so a lot of good ones that have come out recently I have not put on my list, but there doesn't seem to be any reason to that I know of anyway. You don't even get a notification when a game on your list goes on sale.

@Xyphon22

Yep, thats what happened to me.
Now I just use the wishlist to keep track of games that are coming soon and DLC for games that I own.

I add games to my wishlist I'm interested in but not sure about, waiting for a sale, or prepurchase that hasn't gone live yet

If I need a list to remember what games to buy, Nintendos marketing department have failed.

I personally use it that way as I sometimes don't have the best memories for stuff like that. Especially with how much games I've bought and currently own since around 2009.

I was joking, but sometimes Nintendo should do a better job promoting games.

@Therad But how, realistically?

Take the game Mr. Shifty for example. That released fairly early on in Switch's life and it interested me, but I try to avoid taking punts on digital purchases (where there's no refund option) until the price is low, so I didn't get it.

What should Nintendo be doing to remind me about Mr. Shifty at this stage?

The best solution, it seems to me, is to provide a wishlist facility. Job done.

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
