Fallout....oooh tough call there. It'll be a late port if it is and it's scope maaay just eclipse what Switch can do. Or it couldn't, its hard to say how full the world will be.

Were Nintendo Life not watching? Great to see Doom Eternal announced for Switch even if I'll likely get it for PC but still good to see Bethesda supporting the Switch

God only knows what they're doing. Maybe they're trying to see if Luigi is ok now or locating more locations in Fortnight......

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
@carlos82 Nintendo Life aren't the fastest as getting news articles up. But I think being the time of day it is in the UK probably doesn't help though they do have US based writers.
I am very excited to see Doom Eternal not just coming to the Switch but being announced at the same time as other platforms, not a Nintendo Direct or a whole year later or anything.
I trust Panic Button to pull out another superb port and am interested to see how the new engine has been designed to take advantage of the Switch hardware in terms of scaleability etc.

@Spoony_Tech haha that's probably right or seeing which Rom sites are still up
@FragRed were Panic Button mentioned? It would be the logical choice unless of course they make a Switch version from the ground up in house alongside the other versions
Older than I care to remember but have been gaming since owning a wooden Atari 2600 and played pretty much everything inbetween.

@carlos82 Panic Button weren't mentioned but they did retweet a couple of tweets, one before and one after the showing. But yes, it still doesn't outright confirm they are involved but one would assume it's, as you said, the logical choice.

I think there's no way to tell either way who's doing it just yet. Safe to say I'm super excited for this, Bethesda has done wonders for Nintendo this generation.
@Grumblevolcano I am sure if it were to come, it would have been announced by now. But you are right, the online nature would have caused issues but furthermore I think just the scale of the game in terms of size and what is happening would be too troublesome to get working on the Switch's tech.

What's the point of paying for the ''online service'' if it means some games still aren't coming because of the ''online nature''? Shouldn't that solve the issue?
@Harmonie Oh yeah, I think I remember one of the devs of an online game (Destiny 2 maybe?) saying they wouldn't bring the game to the Switch for that reason. The argument doesn't hold any water considering Splatoon 2 is one of the most successful games on the Switch though.
Thank you Nintendo for giving us Donkey Kong Jr Math on Nintendo Music
