@subpopz Shame i cant ignore the guy who runs the sister site huh?
I'm dropping that site now. If they cant find staff that even follow the rules on abusive behaviour then it needs to be cut.
On that note I am going back to bed to play on my Switch. I got SOME good news today at least in the half hour I was awake before the world said lol, no, youre a monster. XD
@Meowpheel I identify as a Podoboo and my pronouns are...yeah Im gonna stop that stuff is ridiculous even by my standards.
So co sider this a call to action: I found out how much my UC payment will be (more than I anticipated by some margjn!) So Ill be able to pick up a few Switch things.
I hear people keep recommending Golf Story...anything else Im missing?
Now Playing: Mario & Luigi Brothership, Sonic x Shadow Generations
Now Streaming: The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
@YummyHappyPills Stardew Valley? Would be loads of playtime for the price. Owlboy, maybe? A bit steep of a price and gameplay-wise nothing that special. Everything else in Owlboy is just amazing.

@YummyHappyPills If you're a fan of puzzles, Death Squared is worth a look. It's sort of a light hearted parody of Portal and it's offspring, while offering some devilish puzzles involving moving one cube with each control stick. Works well in co-op or single player.
I've heard good things about Fast RMX, haven't picked it up yet myself though.
Oxenfree was a wild ride, though you might want to wait for the next sale. I usually stay away from horror, but this was far more psychological than bloody (in fact, I don't remember seeing any actual blood at all), and the games first two thirds are probably better than the endgame. It was on sale awhile ago, don't know if that's still going.
Not big on recommending indies unless they're really good. And the really good ones are mentioned all the time.
But Bridge Constructor Portal releases next Wednesday and looks awesome. Original voice of Glass. And Fear Effect Sedna drops the week after that from Square Enix. Also looks like it could be good
Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
Zachariah 12:10 (500 yrs before Christ)
They will look on Me whom they pierced
Remember the story last week about the Australian guy who credited the HD Rumble in the Switch Joy-Con for detecting a tumour in his hand? Well he's had the surgery, awaiting the biopsy results but that still hasn't stopped him from continuing to play the Switch, using an accessory you may have seen before.
After Finding A Tumor, He's Learning How To Play Video Games Again
@DarthNocturnal If you fancy buying a retro game I'd recommend getting the excellent Shock Troopers and taking part in the weekly challenge we've got going on over here
Thinking about it, the Wii U ports really have been fixing the main problems with the Wii U version. Look:
Mario Kart 8 - People complained about battle mode and a proper battle mode was added in MK8 Deluxe.
Pokken - People complained about no post-launch support while the arcade version was getting new content, all that content and more is in Pokken DX.
Hyrule Warriors - People complained about adventure mode being too grind heavy as a result of the item cards, in Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition you can buy item cards with rupees.
Tropical Freeze - People complained about the game being too hard and the Switch port has an easy mode (Funky Kong).
So if we project it further we could be seeing stuff like:
Smash - People complained about Ice Climbers being cut due to 3DS limitations, the 3DS version having exclusive stages and the online being very unreliable. So a potential Switch port having Ice Climbers playable, all the content from the 3DS and Wii U as well as being the flagship game for Nintendo's paid online service showing that the service is better than people's expectations.
Super Mario Maker - People complained about no slopes so maybe the Switch version has slopes.
