I'm not sure how it's scummy, though...Is there new content that the switch version doesn't have?

@Operative2-0 No, but to launch a normal version without the DLC on Switch then announce a version that includes the DLC (and I doubt it will be a full $60 either) for another platform two weeks later?

What's weird though is that they hinted at more story DLC for later this year that wouldn't be part of the season pass. You'd think they'd wait to launch a complete version until it's, you know, actually complete?

Ooooh I see. I was under the impression the DLC came with the Switch version, but I misunderstood which.

I mean, it's weird and certainly sucks, but I think the whole xenoverse 1 story being in the Switch version more than makes up for it. Just me, though, I'm not exactly who this would affect most.

So, my Switch won't connect to the internet, at least not for online play, which kinda sucks. Trying to get it into the router's DMZ, as suggested by Nintendo themselves: http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_...

However, they tell me to find the ''Advanced Settings'', where are they? I've been looking for 10 minutes, but I can't find anything at all.

I made this thread about it, since I didn't want to derail the topic too much, and it's quite complicated.

Depends on your router. Mine is Netgear. You type your IP address into your browser and enter the login/password for the router, and then you can set all that stuff up.

You can see the Advanced tab on the right

In my WAN setup I can turn on DMZ and specify the IP address of the device I want to demilitarize with open ports- note that you will want to assign a static IP address first so that it never changes, and then you can tell it the IP of your Switch here

You can also go to the Qos tab to assign bandwidth priorities- I had a few disconnects in Splatoon until I set Switch as highest priority- just change the option to "by device" and then look for the MAC address of your Switch to assign highest priority

As someone with a internet-phobic Wii U, just being able to take my Switch to my local working library Wifi is wonderful.

Manhattan Requiem announced for Switch

Mebius have announced the visual novel adventure game Keiji J.B. Harold no Jikenbo Manhattan Requiem for Nintendo Switch releasing this Fall priced at ¥980. The previous title ‘Murder Club’ released earlier this year.

Switch hardware sales are greater than the rest combined.

I would have expected Fire Emblem Warriors to sell better. And FIFA 18 on Switch didn't sell very well.

What's that? Nintendo smashing Sony's face into the pavement in Japan again? Thought so. Nintendo hardware outselling Sony by almost 3:1.

If you take rough figures based on console sales from vgchartz, the FIFA 18 attach rate on PS4 is about 1%, the attach rate on Switch is 0.85% - not much difference. And going by attach rates, Fire Emblem Warriors is a clear winner for the week.

lol. Even a warriors game did better than MVC I. That's embarrassing.
