@Darko_Giac In that case I'd say it's definitely just a local account. Just in case you weren't aware, all users on a Switch can play a digital download title regardless of which user/profile actually bought it. You need to have an account linked to a user to be able to buy stuff from the eshop.

Is the user profile on your Switch with her BotW save data linked to an Nintendo account?
If so. Link the same Nintendo account on the other Switch with the user profile on her Switch.
Both profiles only have to be linked to the same account!
Don't overthink it. Just do it!

She does NOT have Nintendo account. She's just playing her physical games old school style. No online activity, just the console and cartridge.

Then the only way is to link the profile with the save data and the profile you want to transfer it to with the same Nintendo account.
And then do the transfer:

If she doesn't want an account there is no other way to do it.

Thanks to everyone who really tried help troubleshoot this!

It seems like I'd have to link the two Switch consoles (rather, link the her user on her switch and my user on my switch on one account), then make one the primary and one the non-primary. Which again, might start causing issues from what I've read.
