All the games work fine, but even though my screenshots transferred to the SD card they do not show in the Album and screenshots cannot be taken again. To resolve I have to delete the Album folder and you can take screenshots again. The question is does anyone know of a way to get old screensheets to appear within Switch Album And still allow screenshots to be taken?
@Mapleleaf13uk I think you encountered a glitch or corrupted file. I don't know if there's a way to redo the process from your old card? Pictures should have shown in your album. Otherwise, I transferred to a new card a ways back and don't remember enough details to troubleshoot.
I'd say call Nintendo, but i don't know if the uk line is running since the pandemic.
Thanks. I will raise a case with Nintendo, looking at their forums it seems this is not uncommon particularly if saving screenshots from launch back in 2017. Fortunately I have my old screenshots and videos still backed up in Google Drive now.
So worse case I will start a fresh with a bit more storage space freed up. Nothing too major.
