@PokeNerdess The botw camel beast boss? That one was tough. I got so annoyed with dying, I looked that boss up on youtube. Forgive me if that's a disappointing answer, but that's how I ended up beating it. (I forget what strategy helped though)
It uses its shield a lot since it's a hideous Gerudo chimera. That makes just shooting it difficult since it will just guard. The shield can be worn down so maybe bomb arrows might work. Never tried it though.
To all responding, I got the magnesis and poles down, now how do I fight it while electrified? I try guardian weapons and ancient and other things I didn't think were metal and lose em when attacking, any good high power weapons?

Use non-metal shields to avoid getting shocked. Ideally get perfect dodges or parries, otherwise you're going to break a lot of them.
If you can't pull off the parries, you can bash the shield away with a few hits. At that point, arrow spam will be effective, although it will eventually regenerate.
The rubber armor is very useful and the Master Sword can't be dropped even if you take shock damage.
I did a “No melee” challenge run a few years back. Thunderblight is very much doable with only a bow and a shield, but he can only be hit after a parry, the window for which is incredibly small, and requires lv2+ electricity resistance in the final phase.
