Topic: Super Wario Bros.

New idea for a switch game. Titled Super Wario bros and it will be a heist game where Wario and Waluigi would have to steal something. It will have stealth and platform elements to it.

Why Super Wario Bros ?
Call it Secret Agent Mario.
Mario and the gangs play as secret agent spies and they have to infiltrate buildings like Sly Cooper. Every playable characters have their unique skills and to complete the mission you have to switch with right character to accomplish the mission.

It would be more interesting for it to be a Wario and Waluigi game as there's loads of Mario games on Switch and no Wario titles.

I think a Waluigi series that focuses on heists and/or casinos could be a great use of the character.

But Wario already has two dormant series that desperate need new entries. Hell, I'd kill for a Smooth Moves port at this point.

I'd also love to see Jimmy T get his own dancing/fitness game series. Ashley is also well-loved enough that she too can have her own spin-off series.

A WarioWare fitness game could be just the thing to get me off my butt.

Waluigi isn't a wario bro. In fact i don't think they have ever mentioned wario or waluigi's last name. Yeah Mario and luigi's last name is mario so they are mario bros. You know like in the 1993 masterpiece film!

Would love a GTA-style thief game starring Wario and Waluigi lol.

Grand Theft Wario

Wario game that has persona 5 stealth mechanics. Wario Persona 5.

Wario in an RPG where you go into the internet. Wario: Battle Network.

I really wish a new Wario game of any kind besides his Wario Ware series would be made by Nintendo. I recently played through Wario Land 4 and would adore another entry in that series beyond Wario Land Shake It! The Wario lore needs expanded big time!

IDK why Wario platformers just disappeared off the face of the Earth. Unlike most dormant IPs, Wario was actually selling pretty well for the most part. I'd love to see something like this.

I wanna say the Wii game didn't do so well. I'm not entirely sure though.

Which is a shame if true because that game is great (and honestly GoodFeel's best game).

I'd just like to say for the record wario land shake it is awesome! It is definitely one of my all time favorite platformers! Not just wario ones either. I'm talking of all time!

@kkslider5552000 Wario Land: Shake It sold 1.06 million, which should've been enough for them to keep going. Wario World and Master of Disguise were the ones that didn't sell well (582,000 and 619,000 respectively), the rest have all sold 1+ million

Actually looking at this, what's most surprising is the platformers have actually outsold Warioware, so you'd think they'd be focusing more on the platformers than Warioware at this point.

@Bolt_Strike My guess is that WarioWare is still going stronger just because it allows for more creativity. You can make hundreds of micro-games and package them together easily, while being more creative.

@VoidofLight IDK if it's really more "creative" (that's a bit more subjective, and I would say a series of quick microgames isn't all that creative).

Now that you mention it though, that probably is cheaper for them, so maybe they're actually making more of a profit on Warioware despite selling less?

@Bolt_Strike Probably. Honestly though, WarioWare is one of my favorite Nintendo series.
